By in Agent Blogs with 0 Comments

With low inventory and high prices, the December 2020 Atlanta real estate report reflects an extreme sellers market ensuring multiple bid competition across a variety of price points according to ARA president, Cynthia Lippert.

Median sales prices are up 12.9% over last year’s prices, continuing the growth over the last 104 consecutive months. Prices are increasing not only in the Atlanta market but also nationally.

This end of the year report shows 70% of homes that were listed were sold and also 70% of homes were on the market less than one month.

Coupled with low mortgage rates, now is the time for home owners to consider selling before the trends reverse. We have lots of knowledgeable and available agents on hand to help walk you through the process. Contact us today to jump into this hot seller’s market!
