We’re pleased to share the Atlanta Area Market Report for the second quarter of 2024.   Stubbornly high interest rates and continued low inventory have kept unit sales lower this quarter, while prices have continued to increase.

Homes in key intown neighborhoods are selling briskly, but the market is definitely moving toward more balanced conditions.  Sellers and their agents should be mindful of pricing correctly and ensuring that homes are in great showing condition.  Buyers should be pre-approved with a reputable lender and be ready to compete for the most desirable inventory.
