About the speaker:  Jonathan Rich

Jonathan began his real estate career in 2007 with the purchase of an East Lake bungalow to renovate. The home finished as the great recession began, leading Jonathan and his young family to reluctantly make the East Lake house their home. Within weeks of moving into “The Flip That Flopped,” they fell in love with the community, culture, and all of their new neighbors.As the recession continued, Jonathan’s affection for Atlanta’s story and the homes that told it flourished. He was endlessly dreaming of opportunities to restore integrity and relationship into an industry driven by lead generation & classic sales tactics. By early 2010, the housing market was at a historical low, so…naturally, Jonathan thought it was the perfect time to get his real estate license!  He eagerly began working with friends and neighbors to help them pursue their real estate dreams. He also began work on another East Lake home renovation, this time with great success.  It was the first of many renovations he has completed in the East Lake, Kirkwood, and Decatur neighborhoods, propelled by the belief that better is possible and the future is bright for the City of Atlanta.

Jonathan’s unique perspective as a designer and a renovator allows him to better serve his clients in their home search.  He has a gracious ability to inform and encourage his clients in securing the perfect home as well as amplifying the return on their investment.
