This weekend…Free Grocery Distribution for those in need!

Keller Knapp Realty and agent, Ashley Derrick, are pleased to support a Free Grocery Distribution, this weekend, Saturday, May 2nd, and Sunday, May 3rd. 

Organized by the Atlanta chapter of American Culinary Federation, we’re teaming up with the East Lake Foundation and the East Lake Golf Club to distribute 2,000 boxes of free perishable and non-perishable food items to help those in need during these uncertain times.

$12,500 was donated to help fund this project which not only will serve those in the surrounding community but also those in the food industry that have been affected by the pandemic.

Groceries will be given away both Saturday and Sunday from 9am – 2pm (while supplies last) in the parking lot of the East Lake Golf club. The giveaway is open to anyone who needs it, although there is a limit to one box per family.

If you would like to help pack or distribute bags, please contact Ashley. Bags will be assembled Friday May 1st starting at 9am and volunteers are also invited to help during the hours of the event.
