As a Brooklyn native born to Honduran and Belizean parents, I've had the experience of being raised in a multicultural household. Growing up in such a diverse home and city has several advantages that I've been able to use to propel my real estate career. I moved to Atlanta in 2016, and I obtained my bachelor's degree in business from Georgia State University in 2017. I began to work as a leasing agent for MAA which is the largest REIT; then I decided I wanted more and in 2020 I became a licensed real estate agent.
In the 5 years I have been a real estate agent, I have assisted many individuals, families and businesses reach their real estate goals. Being knowledgeable and having experience in the commercial and residential real estate industry has allowed me to expand my reach and succeed on different levels. With my sharp knowledge of the market and negotiating skills which is quintessential in this ever-changing market; I have been able to navigate through some of the most complicated deals and win multiple offer scenarios.
My goal as a real estate agent is to build relationships with my clients by listening and understanding their wants and needs. I have been able to curate healthy agent-client relationships by having mutual respect, being genuine, honest, transparent, professional and working in their best interest to close the deal. In doing so, I have countless clients return to me to buy, sell, lease or refer their friends and family. I take great pride in how I conduct business, and I look forward to all the individuals and families I will help on their home buying journey in the future.
