Hi, I’m Sam! My real estate journey began when I moved back home to Virginia and helped my parents prepare their house for sale. What started as a simple interior design project to maximize their home for the market quickly turned into something deeper. I found myself drawn to how homes function, how layouts flow, and even the structure behind the contracts and process of buying and selling.

After going through the home-buying experience myself, I knew this was something I wanted to pursue. I genuinely enjoy the details, from contracts to negotiations, and helping people navigate such an important milestone.

Before real estate, I worked in wedding planning, which taught me how to listen closely, adapt to different personalities, and guide people through meaningful life moments. That experience carries into my work today, where no two clients or homes are ever the same.
