As a native Atlantan who attended Fernbank, Druid Hills and Emory University, I have a unique perspective on this great city of Atlanta. I specialize in intown neighborhoods including City of Decatur, Druid Hills, Morningside, Virginia Highlands, Grant Park, West End, East Lake, Kirkwood and many more. I have witnessed incredible changes in Atlanta during my lifetime. The emergence of the Atlanta Beltline has had a tremendous impact on the communities along its path such as Reynoldstown, Old Fourth Ward, and West End. I thoroughly enjoy exploring Atlanta with my clients and imparting my knowledge of the unique character of each neighborhood or community. Since becoming a real estate agent in 1998, I pride myself on providing a very personal approach to real estate. My husband of 34 years, Don Rigger, and I have lived and raised our 3 children in City of Decatur since 1988. All three of our children attended City of Decatur Schools from elementary school through high school. It has been a wonderful ride!!
