With over 19 years of experience as a real estate investor, primarily in the Atlanta and Athens markets, Matt brings a deep understanding of market trends and property evaluations. In addition to his real estate background, Matt has had a successful career as an accounting executive, specializing in financial management, strategic leadership, and REITs, having worked with one of the largest publicly traded REITs. His expertise in financial reporting and process optimization provides a unique perspective when navigating real estate investments.
Matt is happily married and enjoys spending time with his wife and dog, going to concerts and movies, and working out.
