Leja supported us through the sale of our home (which she helped us to buy 3 years prior…). I have so many great things to say about Leja that I’m not sure where to start. We decided to sell our home on the heels of welcoming our first child into the world, so needless to say we had A LOT on our plates. Leja saved the day by providing phenomenal support throughout the process. She helped us decide what *reasonable* improvements to make on the house to improve sellability, but didn’t burden us with a laundry list of expensive home improvement tasks. Additionally, she made excellent recommendations in regards to pricing the home, striking just the right balance between enhancing value for us while ensuring a quick sale once the home hit the market. She was an exceptional communicator with other agents/clients/lenders/attorneys, and made sure everyone involved in the process was kept up to speed.
