Keller Knapp Realty releases 2nd Quarter Market Report.
August 1, 2022. The focus of the Keller Knapp report this quarter is on Affordable and Accessible Housing in Atlanta. And we chose that for a reason — Atlanta was officially deemed “unaffordable” in the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta’s 2022 index. Of course, many of us didn’t need this report to tell us what we already know.
I’m proud that Keller Knapp is at the forefront of accessible housing issues in our city. We work hard train our agents on affordable housing issues, work closely with builders to find innovative ways to create more accessible housing units and align our company with organizations like Atlanta Land Trust that is working hard to create more affordable housing in Atlanta.
In this report, we focus on some of the most pressing issues and look at some of the most affordable neighborhoods in Atlanta.
