Sue Sullivan has been a real estate agent for the past 6 years and has consistently ranked in the top 5% of agents in sales. She’s a hands-on agent, whose commitment to her clients goes beyond getting top dollar and to the closing table.

While Sue works with all buyers, sellers and investors, she is a designated Senior Real Estate Specialist, a designation she takes to heart, understanding the unique nuances and needs of seniors. She calls this “Rightsizing” as she works with the often emotional choices seniors and their adult children are up against.

Sue is actively engaged in her community. Her work with families living in extended-stay hotels in Metro Atlanta includes working with St. Vincent de Paul Georgia and their Motel2Home Program, SPARC –Single Parent Alliance and Resource Center, and the United Way of Greater Atlanta. She sits on the board of the Decatur YMCA and Star-C, a non-profit which provides free after-school care and wrap around services to low-income apartment complexes in Atlanta. She is also a member of HouseATL, a nonprofit of policy makers building policy and financial models that make housing affordability a reality.
