Merging his expertise and passions in both of these distinct fields Joshua made the natural progression into becoming a licensed real estate agent. He has the innate ability to understand the intricacies of both helping first time home buyers take that monumental step as well as helping long term homeowners navigate the nuances of the marketplace as they choose to transition into a new stage of their lives. As a lifelong dedicated educator Joshua not only relishes the chance to help buyers and sellers adjust to the current real estate climate, but also continue to volunteer to tutor the youth in his neighborhood in his free time.
