Jacqueline DeVane learned the importance of customer service and attention to detail in her prior consulting career. Her own buying and selling experiences ingrained in her the resolve to provide a different kind of real estate experience to her clients - one that is full service and informative to both buyers and sellers, and, landlords and tenants. She is truly an advocate, advising buyers and sellers and guiding them through each step of the purchase and sale processes and beyond. Jacqueline’s clients know they can always turn to her when they need help even after the sale or rental is finished.
Jacqueline recently moved to Decatur, GA after living in the Bedford Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn, NY for many years. Jacqueline works with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants with sales, rentals and she does property management for small landlords. She holds real estate licenses in both Georgia and New York. Jacqueline is truly a dedicated agent, selling and renting homes in Decatur, Atlanta and throughout the Metropolitan Atlanta area as well as in Brooklyn, Queens and the five Burroughs of New York City.
Prior to becoming a real estate agent, Jacqueline completed her Bachelor’s of Science in Electrical Engineering at Drexel University and enjoyed a successful career as a Systems Engineering and Project Management consultant working with Satellite Communications, Transportation Management and IT systems with companies such as Booz Allen and Hamilton, Lockheed Martin, Orbital Sciences and Hewlett Packard. Jacqueline utilizes her well-honed planning and problem-solving skills, as well as her attention to detail to help her clients prepare for each step of their real estate transaction, from viewing to closing. She is an excellent listener and she has a keen ability to find solutions that bring parties together to find common ground and reasonable solutions throughout the buying and selling process.
