iResearch Atlanta continues to expand in downtown Decatur with a new long-term lease at 250 E. Ponce. Starting in January 2019, the entire eighth floor of the roughly 142,000 square-foot Avison Young building will be occupied by the multi-specialty clinical center which focuses on pharmaceutical and medical device research.
In 2017, iResearch opened its first inpatient center, also in downtown Decatur. Later this year, iResearch will also open in Savannah, Ga. Kevin Lynch of Keller Knapp Commercial was the broker in each of these transactions. By selecting 250 E. Ponce, iResearch Atlanta was able to grow in the Decatur submarket where they launched in 2010. The building at 250 E Ponce was a natural fit for the company, according to Mr. Lynch, because “Decatur’s nexus of public health industries assures access to the quality staff, clinical partners and other resources that fuel iResearch’s success.”
