He listened to what I was looking for in a condo and got me in to see many, many listings until we found the one I was excited  to call home. As a side note, we played this really fun game when touring homes where I got to list all the things I liked about the condo and Champ reminded me how that attribute either fit into my wish list or was the exact opposite of my wish list. For example, when we started the search, I said I absolutely DID NOT want to be on the first floor, it had to be a second story unit.
